All items sold by OLIM are vintage. Wear, marks, and signs of age are to be expected. We show the condition as clearly as we can in the photos and description, though we may be unable to document every mark. If you have a question about condition, please contact us via chat before purchasing.

Shipping within Japan

Shipping within Japan is free. We dispatch orders via Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport within five business days of payment confirmation. Additional checks to prevent chargebacks can delay dispatch.

Returns and exchanges

Please check your item promptly after delivery. If it is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us via chat. Please contact us and send the item back within two days of delivery. Keep the OLIM tag attached. We cover return shipping and fees when the return is due to an error on our part.

Change-of-mind returns

We also accept returns if an item does not suit you or does not fit. Contact us through the chat within two days of delivery, and send the item back within the same two-day period with return postage prepaid. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets these requirements, we will refund the amount paid, less the original shipping charge and any credit card or PayPal processing fees. The item must be in the condition in which we sent it.

Items ineligible for return or exchange

• Items for which we were not contacted within two days of delivery
• Items returned without contacting us first
• Items with the OLIM tag removed
• Items or accessories returned in substantially different condition from when they were delivered
• Items that have been used, cleaned, or repaired

Lots will be shipped from Japan. Customs duties in your own country may apply. If the winning bidder decides to cancel /withdraw they will bear the risk, cost of all shipping and return import duties of the seller. This item will be packed very well and will be shipped insured.
