We will respond only if you can contact and return within 2 days after the product arrives.

Please do not remove the PETIT tag attached to the product.

Please note that if you remove the tag, we will not accept returns.

Our shop will bear the shipping fee and commissions for returned goods due to uniqueness of our shop.

If you return for your convenience, please contact us from the inquiry form within 2 days from the date of arrival.

After contacting us, please return it by payment of the postage within 2 days from the date of arrival of the product.

As soon as you meet the above requirements and confirm the arrival of the product, we will refund the shipping fee, credit card or PayPal fee at the time of shipping.

Please note that if the status of the returned product is different from the time of shipment, we will refuse the return.
